We will use High School rules with the following exceptions: 1. Twenty point rule will apply. Any team reaching a 20 point lead and holding it, in the second half will result in a running clock. The clock will only stop on called time-outs. If the losing team gets back to within 14 points, we will go back to a regulation clock. 2. Any coach, or player, ejected from a game, will not coach, or play, in his/her teams' next game. Two ejections and you are out of the tournament. 3. There are no game appeals. 4. All Players must play in half of your pool games to be eligible for bracket play. 5. In the Open Division, the oldest players on any team must have just graduated from High School
in May. May be 17, or 18, but must have just graduated. No
College players!! 6. Each team will have two time outs in each half. The first half time outs do not carry over to the second half if not utilized. 7. There will be two 16-minute halves. There will be a five minute warm up and a five minute half-time. 8. The home team will be the first team listed in Pool Play and the top team in Bracket Play. This team is to furnish a person to keep the score book. The team coach is to designate that person and they will be give a tournament pass at no expense for this service to their team. 9. The visiting team will be the second team listed in Pool Play and the bottom team in Bracket Play. This team is to furnish a person to operate the score clock. The team coach is to designate that person and they will be give a tournament pass at no expense for this service to their team. 10. Overtime play will be three miunutes. 11. All teams are expectred to have five players at the assigned game time. If a team has less than five players, there will be a five minute grace period. After that grace period, the game can be played with a running clock, but it is a forfeit by the offending team.
